LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

    • If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, contact the carrier or our customer service, southernbtk@gmail.com, for assistance in filing a claim if needed.

      BTK & Co are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any shipping issues once the package in question is with carrier. Once with carrier, it is then the responsibility of the carrier.  Please keep a close eye on the tracking.

All orders placed will be shipped to the address you provide when the order is placed. ALWAYS be sure to double check this as you order.

IN STOCK ITEMS will ship within 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for any shipment delays once item is with carrier. 

PREORDER/MADE TO ORDER ITEMS will have an estimated shipment date 7-21 BUSINESS DAY TAT, possibly sooner if materials are in stock.
