Refund policy

NO Returns for Custom Made to Order Items.

We DO except returns for Store Credit and/or exchanges. 

Please email southernbtk@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of receipt with your issue. Please provide your name, order number, and the problem with the item. We will be happy to attempt to resolve any problems you may have. 

  • Item(s) returned must be in original condition as delivered; unworn, unwashed, etc. Items not in this condition will not be acceptable for Store Credit or exchange.
  • Defective Items must be reported within 7 days of receipt via email. Please provide detailed pictures and order number.
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS are not allowed to be returned or exchanged; these items are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping is non-refundable. If a Store Credit is accepted, you will receive Store Credit minus shipping. 
  • If you are returning any item for an exchange, the exchange item will not be mailed until the return label tracking is active. No exceptions. Store Credit request cannot be completed until the items are in hand and have been checked over.
